Terms and conditions
Orders are subject to verification, availability, applicable law and Tactically Armed’s acceptance. Firearms and ammunition are supplied only where the buyer meets all legal requirements and produces the required documentation.
Collection and delivery
Collection is available for all product categories. Non-licensable goods may be delivered by an approved courier. Licensable goods are not sent directly to a buyer; any transfer or delivery will follow the applicable legal process and be arranged with an approved dealer or service provider.
Returns, cancellations and refunds
Ordinary goods may be considered for return in unused, saleable condition, subject to the final returns policy and applicable consumer law. Special orders, regulated goods, licence-dependent transactions and services may have different conditions. Refunds follow assessment and approved cancellation terms.
Firearm storage
Storage is normally provided for 6–12 months according to the sale arrangement. Thereafter the current proposed fee is R150 per month per pistol or revolver, and R250 per month per shotgun or rifle. Fees may be waived where the delay is demonstrably caused by SAPS rather than the client.
Privacy, cookies and POPIA
We collect only the personal information needed to respond to enquiries, process lawful transactions, provide training or services, meet legal obligations and operate the website. We will publish the appointed Information Officer and final POPIA process once confirmed. Cookie, analytics, social-media and payment-provider disclosures will be finalised before the online shop launches.
Payment
Proposed methods include card payment through PayFast or iKhokha and direct EFT. EFT-funded orders are released only after cleared funds are verified. Cash may be accepted in store, subject to applicable legal requirements and order arrangements.
